About Gani Productions
Founded by Gani Naylor, an internationally recognised facilitator and filmmaker, Gani Productions draws on a network of world class experience designers, facilitators and documentarians. We specialise in workshops for team building, conferences, learning and development and company retreats.
We cultivate spaces and cultures of transformation through authentic connection and creative collaboration. Our work blends artistry with intention, harnessing the power of creative arts, experiential learning and visual storytelling as catalysts for real, lasting change.

Our work
Every person has a valid desire to be seen and heard and to feel a sense of meaning and belonging in their workplace. This belief is grounded in a genuine care and concern for people's wellbeing. When this is deeply felt there is an opportunity to engage in meaningful and transformative work that builds trust, confidence and resilience. Creating routines that establish this as a cultural norm can unleash innovation, collaboration and creative potential.
Whether we’re documenting a moment or shaping a team’s narrative, our focus remains the same: to reveal the truth, beauty, and meaning that already exists – and help it flourish.
We don’t do business as usual. We do business exceptional.
Our process
Our process is infused with joyfulness, play, and creativity, but it also reaches into the depths – where insight, growth, and profound change take place. We take the time to listen, to understand, and to co-create. The result? Work that resonates, stories that inspire, and teams that are forever changed.
We don’t just design and deliver experiences.
We help you tell your story – with clarity, courage, and heart.
Because when people are seen, heard, and honoured, change is not only possible – it’s inevitable.

About Gani
Gani is short for Ganashyam, a Sanskrit name of Krishna meaning 'dark blue raincloud'. Born in London and raised in California, Hawaii and Cornwall, Gani was exposed to a variety of cultures and beliefs from an early age. After studying philosophy and film at university, Gani began his creative career in London’s advertising industry, telling stories for major brands. However, he soon realised this wasn’t the ladder he wanted to climb.
Gani’s own journey through creative expression involving film, music, singing and storytelling led to personal healing, deeper presence, and a strong connection to voice and embodiment. He learned to use the body, imagination, rhythm, voice, and the camera, not just as creative tools – but as gateways to transformation.
Over the years, he has gained a cultural sensitivity and humility from delivering programmes in Cairo, Luxor, Kampala, Athens, Paris, San Francisco and New York. Trusted by global agencies such as the British Council and US Department of State, he has mentored Global Teen Leaders with the We Are Family Foundation, trained educators with Partners for Youth Empowerment and led team building experiences for leading brands with Late Nite Art.
Today, Gani partners with mission-driven organisations to nurture team culture, embed reflective practices, and create the conditions for honest, open, and collaborative work—where diverse ideas can truly flourish.

“There’s a gentle elegance. He’s a master of his craft.”
